Very Unplaeasnt experience, very rude staff, Average food quaity, leaking taps, dirty bed linen, intercom in rooms not working, Very Very Lazy staff ... Front office never take your calls....better stay in some other hotel....

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Coimbatore!Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!). the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me.

It was our honeymoon and it could not have been much better .
Starting from Reservation - Gayatri took special care of my request. Then Jasmine from Front Office did an amazing job of making everything beautiful . She is a star . Gaurav completed a smooth check in and with a pleasant smile . The room was beautiful and spacious and the decor did by housekeeping staffs was fabulous. Thank you. Duty Manager Mr. Singh was very comforting and it was pleasant to speak to him however just the opposite feeling from the Night DM Mr. Yusuf - He was just the opposite of how a duty Manager should be . He was contradicting and rude. Anyway Rest of The Staffs balanced his behaviour .Specially Ripan from F&B ... What a marvelous guy he is . Took special care of all my needs related to FnB .

This is my first visit after two long years,really pleased with the service ,very polite and helpful staff ,Miss Jasmine and Mr. Balu both were very helpful during check in and check out ,especially Miss Jasmine who was courteous
and explained things well,keep up the good work Jasmine ,have to mention the in room dining service and also the food ,absolutely lovely,all over will visit again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends.
