Nearby have good shopping areas and eye clinics. This is a good hotel but too pricey and equipments in room is too old. Daily service is not provided consistently. Color of the bed linen and towel is almost yellow color and holes in towels. It’s very traffic and crowded area. Because of that you always hear the horns of the vehicles. Staffs in reception is very helpful.

my family stayed there and there is no complaints from them about the hotel. They had a nice stay over there for a couple of days.
good customer care is there, i felt because they are able to understand the accommodation requirements needed from the guest.

Dirty rooms and premises. Unfriendly and unprofessional staff. I didn't even get the invoice of my stay since their printer was working. Since then I am following up for the invoice to be sent over email.
I called more than 6 times for the invoice but of no use. The staff didn't even show the courtesy to share the invoice.

Large rooms , good service , excellent food . Hotel is in good location with 2 very good hotels chains in same premises like Barbeque nation and Junior Kuppanna.
Reasonably priced . Very near to Railway station , so very accessible.
I am surprised to see the very good room service on time I and my company staff had comfortable stay in Metro Park in hotel I want say the Staff Name Mr. Lakshman and Mr. Peasanth gave quick service with 5 min after our request
