Happen to make a reservation for triple adult occupancy in a club room for a night stay at Coimbatore, to my surprise I was checked in with ease and were told they accommodated corner room which is bigger and better for 3 people to stay, after I checked in to my room it turned out there is no extra bed and only has 1 king bed. I called front desk and they assured that they will provide extra bed shortly. After few minutes to my horror they delivered a make shift bad and a sub standard sponge matters for extra bed which we refused. Spoke to duty supervisor who apologised for their mistake and said they do not have proper extra bed and all rooms are full. He reduced the charges for the 3rd adult but it’s a total disaster given it’s already 11 PM and had aged mom who has to take rest which prevented us to exit the hotel and look for alternative accommodations in the city. Did not expect such sub standard from ITC and very poor customer service. Will never step in again to ITC if this is the kind of sub standard service they provide.

We stayed in the hotel from 1st to 3rd december, 2021, we are jain, so firstly Chef Mohan and Komal made us an amazing customized Jain asian food that we loved.
Pritika was amazing and supportive to our needs on all the days of our stay.
Hari at the desk was of super help to guide us around the hotel, book an ola and coordinate and communicate with the driver in the local language.

Hotel stay was great for our trip. We enjoyed the breakfast & dinner. All thanks to the chef for the mind blowing food. Rooms were so comfortable, clean & pleasant smell. Very well trained staff and warm attitude. Waiting for our next visit to enjoy the same 5 star service :)
