Our stays at this Ibis property turned out to be a highly satisfying experience, well beyond expectations . Nicely appointed room with tea/coffee maker with views of mountains at a distance , washroom provided with full toiletries , and so very clean . Spice-It serves delicious breakfast with a large variety of dishes cooked to perfection and fruits , so also meals . We did feel inconvenienced due to very soft mattress during our first stay , but this was attended to during our next stay within a span of 3 days upon our return from Nilgiris . Not to forget Duty Manager , Wasim Akram who took care of our special requests from time to time - getting our boarding passes printed , help with weighing of our suitcases and arranging veg sandwiches/coffee pack while checking out in the early morning hours .
