Had my booking for 5 days but had to cut short my stay. I chose this hotel because it is close to the station. But later found that there are many hotels and much better ones around. The room that was given to me was very bad. Too many mosquitoes. Broken drawer, half bed cover. And a single bed pullover for two people. No 24 hrs hot water for a shower. The room boy attending to me spoke only Tamil which made things very difficult and at time frustrating while communicating.
No direct room service from the restaurant. Food has to be ordered by paying the room boys in advance to get what was needed. This was not nice cause I ran out of cash and change. Usually a restaurant bill is generated at the time of checking out, once and for all payment is made. The main electrical key is in a dangerous position it could hit your head or eye while walking. Not sure who has designed it. All electrical switches are below your bed side drawer. This was very in convenient to find in the night especially with a drawer that did not close.
