I had experienced possibly the best customer service. The staffs were very welcoming and friendly. I was travelling alone, So I chose a single bedded room. The room was well maintained and neat.
The location of this hotel is almost in city area, so we can easily access to the public spaces. Totally I had a wonderful experience with Treebo Trend Corner Stay.

I stayed in cornerstay for a night on my leaisure trip.Its an apartment hotel, we got free update in their studio room since the hotel was not busy.The staff is very helpful and well spoken.Gentleman at the reception(pardon me i forgot his name) helped us with all the local sight seeing information and few contact nos which helped us while exploring the city.Rooms were clean and breakfast had very typical local flavour in it which was really nice.Place away from hustle and bustle of city clean and quiet.A must visit budget friendly accomodation.
1.Firstly this is not a hotel, this is a service apartment which is not clarified anywhere.
2.Had a terrible experience and had to forego my reservation because of communication gap between Treebo hotels and Agoda.com. obviously no Refund too.
3.The customer service at the hotel was pathetic. The manager was very rude and unprofessional. They did not even offer water on arrival. When asked they did not have glasses to serve water, so gave a 1ltr open bottle. Can't even think of tea or coffee!
4. The manager was only in defensive mode and not ready to look at resolving the solution. It took almost 2 hrs for me to escalate and get them to accept their mistake and put forward a solution, by which we decided to move out to another property.
5. As mentioned in the website there was no tea/coffee maker in the rooms.
6. Felt very shady as nothing was as per what we expected basis the inputs on the website.
7. I also feel the websites like booking.com and Agoda need to take some ownership when they are promoting the properties.

It was an amazing stay for me and my spouse at the property.At first when i came to the property and i understood that it is not an hotel.Anyway i went to the front office, there was an young manager who was there and he checked us in.The way he makes us understanding things was simply awesome.He simply helped out for everything.He so good for helping us.The rooms were also good to be frank.Night time he was not available since it was not his duty time.Even though he was not here,He ordered food and cab for us.We have fallen for him for his attitude towards us.Thank you Soheal for your kindness and good luck for your future.
