This is a old palace type of hotel. Reception looks very simple but helpful. Rooms are very spacious. Even four adults can stay in the basic room. Food in the restaurant is superb and reasonable. there is a garden restaurant and roof top restaurant.But you have to walk little more for restaurant and room.

we held oyr parents 80th birthday celebration at Jenney Residency. the planning for the event was well organised with suppiet from yhe front iffixe staff ably led by Samson, and the incessant support from yhe F&B manager Mr. Srinivasan. i must state that we have been extremely demanding with regards to the fiid and every item was catered for wuth a smile.
The proximity to the airport was an added bonus, and the sprawling lawn, and sizeable banquet halls were all in good state.

The rooms are if a large suze and nit the biz standard rooms which made it possible to accomodate upto 4 guests in a room, with additional cot and bedding provided for them.

We had about 30 rooms booked accomodating well over 100 guests, and every one of the guests had only good words if appreciation for the standard of accomodation.

The staff had also made arrangements for asditional guests to be accomodated in their sister hotel nearby, which was also equally comfortable.

The breakfast each day was very dwlicious quth a choice of Continental, south and north indian cuisine. They also provoded hot varieties of Dosa and Poori which was very delicious.

The F&B service staff were very professional, attentive and courteous, which was expected of from the people of Coimbatore.

ww held a family gathering ine wvening in one the many banqueting halls, and the entire oreparation for the sane qas tajen care of by Mr. SRINIVASAN whi also organised for the DJ/music entertainment.

Our family was very happy with the arrangements and the stage set up, which was then used by our family and friends for the performance.

overall it was a well organised, professional and pleasant organisation which caters to your individual needs and more than meet ines expectations. i must make soecial mention if Thomas and Sujeet, in the front Desk who were ever obliging and helpful.

the cincieege Davud was at hand to ensure that iyr guests needs were taken care of.

I woukd gugjky recommend them fir any corporate or famiky gathering without any reservation.

We were 2 families and had booked 3 rooms at Jenney’s Residency in Coimbatore India. We were in Coimbatore for the treatment of my friends’ child with severe disabilities.

From the time we landed at the property we have had exceptionally good experiences, be it the staff at the lobby, reception, room service and housekeeping.
They were so obliging and helpful knowing the constraints of the child with disabilities and special needs.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. It felt so comfortable here.

The room service even in the middle of the night was fantastic with the boys always greeting and smiling ready to oblige with their service.

As the child was with special needs the Chef took special interest and came to our room and understood all the dietary requirements and cooked up some amazing dishes.

The Club Hotel, as its called had a great swimming pool and gym as well. It had all the facilities of a good star hotel with much better and quitter facilities.

I must mention that the rooftop restaurant had some amazing views and great food.
Overall I would rate this place as a four-star facility with beyond 5* service.

Amazing value for money and truly a hidden treasure.
