Fantastic food quality and rooms. Location is very nice. Amazing view of Fateh Sagar lake.... Mornings here are actually a good morning. I had a happy stay here as it's a complete package.

The fateh has a vintage touch to it's decor. The rooms are comfortable, the food is amazing and the service is good. It's located in the heart of the city and the famous fateh sagar lake is within walking distance.

this is the second time i've visited this hotel, and finally decided to leave a review. In short I can say if you are looking for a little peace with a little piece of historic Udaipur, this place is perfect. The Fateh is on Fateh Sagar, and some of the room have a nice view of the lake as well. It's a very peaceful corner as just on the left, is the 'paal' which is the no vehicle walkway on the lake.
The hotel itself is fashioned (and is) like a haveli of old, with large painting in each room. Overall very well decorated. Rooms are comfy and nice.
On the front of the hotel is a lovely restaurant as well with a wood fired oven for pizza. Can come here just for the food!

Rooms are very clean, cosy and newly decorated. We used the hotel to attend a wedding and had a great time. The restaurant serves wood fired pizza - great place to chill in the evening. The property is facing the lake, so we enjoyed our strolls. Staff is very friendly and hospitable, they arranged bikes for us on request.
