So beautiful we have had a wonderful stay here surrounded by detailed traditional artwork and architecture.
The staff have been extremely helpful and friendly the food delicious and the rooftop view an absolute treat.
I would highly recommend this hotel to explore the old part of Udaipur from.... A gentle walk to the main temple, many roodtop restaurants with views of the lake.

What a joke on the name of heritage hotel. No staff at all, no room service, no hot water, better to stay on railway platform. Some one please cancel license of this jail. We stayed 2 days. Worst experience of my life.

Do not book this hotel even if this is the last hotel in Udaipur. I had a horrible experience here staying with my friends. I booked this hotel online and nowhere it was mentioned that it is in a dirty small gali. We booked a cab from the airport and the cab driver told us that he can't go to the hotel since no cabs can go there. Finally he dropped us about 200meters away from the hotel. We took a auto again from there. And God the shock we got when we saw the hotel! It looked like a abandoned old haveli. We didn't cancel the hotel at that time since it would have spoil our whole day plan. Just after we made the payment the people there started behaving very rudely. The man were really weird there. They kept staring at us from tip to toe. We were 4 girls and it was really scary for us to stay there. The rooms were really dirty with dirty linens. When we ask them to change they had an explanation for everything. The utensils that they used to serve the guest were super-dirty. They also keep checking if we have switched off the lights/fan of our washroom or not. I got a call to switch them off when my friend was bathing and someone even came and told us to do that again. For God sake, it's a hotel and not a hostel. They also kept adding extra breakfast and dinner to our booking and we ended up paying more.
