It's nice hotel with all required amenities. We booked two deluxe suite. Unfortunately, they have given us one and another one we have to compromise with standard room which is not up to mark. Deluxe suite is really excellent esp. the jharokha place(inside the room) which they have given and interior decor is amazing. If looking forward always go for Deluxe suite. In Standard room, toilet pipe is damaged and faced water leakage turbulence which is really unsatisfactory.

Coming to Room service, which is really slow. Food is ok. I recommend to go for breakfast only. Maincourse meal is average.

I specially thanks to Mr. Abhay as he is really welcoming and cooperative.

I recommend this hotel if one has 1-2 days stay with certain compromises.

It's nice hotel. we stay for 3 night.Friendly and supportive staff..Value for money hotel. Location is good .. city palace and lake pichola ,puppet show are on walk-able distance.Roof top restaurant is nice.

Room tip: Go for Delux or Junior delux room which are worth for price.

Had a lovely stay in this hotel on our short tour of Northern India. The place is a little hidden gem off the beaten track! Has big rooms, a pool and a little restaurant. Very friendly staff, especially the night manager Raul!

For a budget option this place would be hard to beat. Big, nicely decorated room with alcove/window seat, big comfy bed with proper spring mattress, white fluffy towels, nice fruity soap and decent Wi-fi in room. Very clean, great location off main road so quieter, lovely roof terrace with amazing views and decent restaurant and a swimming pool to boot. Special mention to Gaubam, a perfect waiter and such a gent. Also manager Abhay was lovely and would do anything to help you sort out any problems.
Loved it so much here we stayed an extra 4 days.
