Words may not do justice to the absolutely amazing stay we had on our honeymoon to Taj Fateh Prakash. The property was wonderful and right in the heart of the city, overlooking lake Pichola. While all the staff we interacted with was warm and attentive, special shout out to Sureshji - who went above and beyond to make this experience one we would forever cherish. He was attentive and responsive to all our needs throughout our stay and took care of every need. He even clicked some absolutely stunning photos of us at their beautiful property, making sure we always look back to this moment with a smile. We should also mention that the housekeeping staff was equally good and the first evening, once we were back from exploring the city, we found two beautiful hearts done up with flowers on the flooring to welcome us. They were also very efficient to respond anytime we needed anything and we regret not knowing them by name. Puneet at the restaurant was also very courteous and we were served a complimentary cocktail and dinner at an exclusive space, as a part of the package. By the end of the stay, we really felt as pampered as any royalty would be and truly did not want to leave.
