Came to Udaivillas for a few drinks at their bar and their cocktails were amazing - Ashish did a wonderful job at crafting some splendid winter cocktails (I had the Salted Caramel Martini).
Nayan’s hospitality was on point and she left no stone unturned to make sure that our visit was a special one, she even gave us a complimentary appetizer that paired well with our drinks.

This was our most memorable trip ever. We have stayed at luxury properties in other parts of India and the world, but none can be compared to Oberoi Udaivilas.
The property itself is vast, majestic, quiet, serene, and beautiful with lush greenery and expansive views of Lake Pichola all around. While the reception is beautiful, even the guest rooms are big, comfortable, luxuriously appointed, and have balconies to sit in the open.
The hospitality is incomparable. Every person makes you feel like a king. The staff takes extremely good care of the guests and pamper them by fulfilling any request. Oberoi Udaivilas can be a case study on how to delight their customers every time. They are the best in this.
We recommend that guests should eat at Udaivilas only if they want the best food in Udaipur. Thankfully we met Mr. Ankit during our first dinner at Chandni Restaurant and we left upon him to decide our breakfast and dinner menu for all three days. And he did an outstanding job. He made sure that we eat different cuisine and dishes every time, and he kept on happily surprising us by bringing even those dishes which we had not asked for requesting us to try them once. We have never experienced such kind of hospitality anywhere in the world. Here we must also mention and thank all the great chefs who prepare such impeccable food that guests just cannot even think of saying no even if they do not have any scope of eating anymore. While beautiful views of Lake Pichola add to the charm of the restaurant in the day, folk music and dance add to the liveliness in the evening.
Some other names which deserve special mention are Aarushi who welcomed us during check-in and enquired about our comforts every day, Anubhav from housekeeping who catered to every big and small request, Raj, and Gopal (Boating).
Must say that at Udaivilas everyone strives to exceed the expectation of their guests and make their stay memorable.

I am just overwhelmed by the experience that we had at Oberoi Udaivillas.
In majority of 5 star hotels first you pay and then they serve here their first priority is to serve the customer with all their heart.
The entire staff is so well trained that they will not tolerate even the slightest inconvenience to customer.
there is everything to like about this property.
i have nt seen such a huge property so beautiful so well managed so well staffed.
The hospitality and service at this place is something out of the world.
Our point of contact was Mr Raghav from the sales team and he was exceptional.
Mr Sahej was at our beck and call through the stay.
Miss arushi,Miss amisha,Mr mehul from dining department,Mr Ashish ,Mr Raj were some of few exceptional staff we got to experience their hospitality.
