The location is good for people like me who self-drive. Wide roads to allow easy parking compared to most of the hotels in Udaipur. A day before I received a call from hotel mentioning the rooms are on different floors which I declined post which they managed to put me on same floor. Though not sure, but probably my room type was upgraded to take my request into consideration. However, the cleaning level of one of the rooms was not up to the standard claimed by Bloom group. The water pressure in shower gave me a feeling of drip bathing instead of showering. In the other room, the shower curtain was dirty but manageable. I did not raise the issue on day 1 as was in a rush for sightseeing. Shower related issues came up next morning and that's when I complained to the reception team. The intercom was not functional in the room, as some guest had pulled the internal wiring hard enough to damage it (as claimed by reception). Went for day 2 sightseeing and returned around 2.30. Since the cleaning time for hotel is 2 PM till 4 PM, the rooms were still dirty. I called up the Manager to get it expedited and he was prompt to acknowledge the lack of sensitivity to a complaint and got it cleaned as soon as he can.
