Great food , and service. Amazing property,

The hotel has great food, and service by the restaurant. Overall the property is great and the staff is very helpful. The rooms are very big, and lake- view makes it better. I would surely recommend it.

Service is nice hotel is beautiful mr Bhanu manashi and (Riya )made our stay very nice my daughter became your fan ms Riya she wants to take you home we are more than happy by their services they are brilliant I wish them all the very best for their future !! Epitome of Hospitality

Visited recently for my wife's birthday and the hotel made sure that we went as happy as we could be. Absolutely top notch hospitality from the hotel. The special dining experience for my wife's birthday celebration was something we would cherish for life. We stayed for a night and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.. Great food, great atmosphere, great staff. We wish to visit again.

Room tip: The room with the balcony is heavenly. It opens up towards the lake and the view is breath taking.

AVOID!!

Beautiful Property, merely average staff.
Booked 3 rooms for 3 nights for 7 including a baby and I would suggest avoiding this property as the service is average. The service does not come close to a 5-star property, leave alone Worlds no.1.
The rooms are well-appointed and clean with an amazing view of the lake.
These are challenging times, and I recognize a lot of hotels are understaffed and are struggling to adapt to new guidelines.
The staff here didn’t feel warm, and didn’t show any sort of personality, and just about everyone seemed disinterested at best.
Often we’d have to ask for things two or three times, or it would take at least 15 minutes from the time we sat down in the restaurant until we were acknowledged, After complaining to Mr.Sagar(Restaurant Manager), things improved a bit.
No complaints from the housekeeping team
I suggest booking Taj Lake Palace or Oberoi Udaivilas

Great place to visit in monsoon time .....I have been plenty places but never seen such staff ....specially ashish and akhil.... great people and great staff ....must visit...loved the place ...the atmosphere is great
