We booked resort for two days. Enjoyed the balcony view of mountain and greenery. It's situated few metres inside main fort road which is good. Good food. Good maintained property. But we faced a bad experience that in middle of night someone called on internal phone line and uttered bad things. Same happened for other families also. But unfortunately the management didn't take this seriously.

Resort surrounded by nature. Very good rooms specious and balcony with hill view. The best part was food, all dishes were tasty and quantity was also good. Staff to polite. I reccommend this property to stay in "kumbhalgarh" who's looking peace in nature and quality time with family.
1. Bad Roads leading to the hotel
2. No proper and sufficient parking space
3. Bathrooms not clean and tiles had stains
4. Basic travel kits like dental kit etc not provided
5. Hand towels not provided
6. Hot water, dustbin, toilet paper not provided.
7. Jet was leaking
8. Poor lighting in the room
9. Linen was dirty.. The pillow cover had shoe stains on it
10. Limited options in breakfast and tasteless food.
Overpriced and pathetic
At par services. No issues at all, room and food was excellent and location was good too. Staff was frndly and warm. They helped us to arrange things well. I must say one of the best properties in kumbhalgarh. Keep it up as nothing much is there to improve
Nice and spacious rooms with good views. Suits the name. The hotel is lush green, serves good food and staff is polite and well trained. The cottages offer jacuzzis and private terrace.
The toilets need to be refurbished and the soft furnishings need to be changed.
It is overall a nice place to be.
Best hospitality amidst the natural vibes. Special thanks to Mr. Ambalal who helped us round the clock, be it medical facility or any other.
Totally recommended if you want to spend quality time among the nature.
