Very poor approach by administration

•Worst ever experience with the administrative part ... poor at comunication... kept on changing terms at billing & accounting part... insisted us to pay all by cash.. Not given proper bill and at first instance refused to take payment by cards...i think the franchise or the operational company is not hving professional knowledge & experience about tourism and public relationships ..they need to learn a lot  about how to behave with the guest .. we as family had so many verbal exchanges ..promised but was hard to get it delivered .. .. ..
• ●in house facilities: the smell of oil was quite evident in fabric / not properly washed towels wr given...
•● food : excellent
•●staff : very polite & well behaved...

Best resort

A best resort and spa to visit and stay in kumbalgarh
Food is delicious
Full staff service is excellent would give them 5 ratting
Especially Mr. Manish for his hospitality.
Rooms r beautifully designed
And last but not least the dinner along with bonfire in garden
Thanks to the team for making our vacation memorable

Birthday party

Very good place with natures beauty and hospitality with polite staff and well maintained hygienic.good musics and games and spa treatment was wonderful xperience with professional staff..i ll like to go again.

Ideal and Enticing place to stay@Alcor

I visited Alcor resort on new year eve of 2019, the whole resort was decorated beautifully, got the warmest welcome ever from the staff.The room was really hygienic and big enough and the view from my room was spectacle. The food was extremely impressive with multiple cuisine. I can surely say that I got the best spa ever from their professional team. At night there were events organised by the resort such as the puppet shows Which were very entertaining. The part which I liked the most was the sports room in which you can play table tennis, badminton, foosball and there was a availablity of a guitars for music lovers as well as the Karaoke sets and most importantly the swimming pool was clean and well maintained.So enjoyed my time at Alcor and it's by far my best staying place.

Alcor resorts

Very hygienic rooms and the food is really good and you will get the warmest welcome from all the staff present there and view from resort is really very good and the spa services are really good and yeah there is a swimming pool also.
