Best budget room

We stayed there for only half day.. But everything was best we found.. Warm welcome and smooth check in at 7 am.. Nice cozy room.. Not luxurious but fulfilling all basic necessities.. Got hot water... MS. Mukta very good lady...she guided us very well with city tour and suggested very good eateries like shahi samosa to experience at jodhpur..nice heritage decor.. Next to gau shala ground..so can have morning walk there.. Out side good juice guy selling nice vegetable and herbal juices. We had nice amla pudina orange juice.. Overall very good experience.. Worth every penny spent..

A real home away from home

Durag Niwas was a synonym for "A HOME AWAY FROM HOME".
I had the pleasure of staying there for 3 months while I was volunteering for Sambhali Trust. The landlady Mukta has a heart of gold, she is very friendly, and what she and the staff at the guest house do not know is not worth knowing !!!
Washing facilities and fridge available as well as complementary water.
Great location, near a typical Indian fruit and veg market and right next to a sports Stadium with a running a walking track.
Would definitely recommend it. ENJOY

Home away from home

So cozy, so magical to come into Jodhpur and enter this beautiful oasis. Great food and service too. It is “real India”. The location is quite, what I liked, but not to far from the busy part. I got some good recommendations from the owner what I should go and see and eat in town. Felt super safe traveling alone and got to meet amazing amazing new friends.

Warm and friendly guest house

I stayed here for 3 months. It’s a lovely guest home located in a great area of Jodhpur. The owners, Govind and Mukta, couldn’t be nicer. The staff were wonderful. We were able to arrange local tours right at the guest house. They will recommend best places to shop, eat, and places of interest. You really get to know and understand India when you stay here. It is like being part of the family. Highly recommend this guest house. Don’t miss the opportunity to see the Blue City in a home away from home.

Room tip: The double rooms are large with air conditioning. The single rooms are fine for one.

Clean and very helpful

I’ve stayed at the guesthouse twice and highly recommend it. The food served in the dining area was always delicious; the staff was friendly and helpful and the owners, Govind and Mukta were warm and welcoming. If you want to have a home base at the guesthouse and take excursions, they’ll recommend places to see and arrange trips for you . There is so much to see and experience in and around Jodhpur and I highly recommend spending some time here!
