Our experience was simply delightful. It is a small heritage property relative to the big-name hotel chains. Consisting of around 20 or so rooms, the red-stone building stands beautifully in a very peaceful environment. Amidst the ongoing Covid situation, I am happy to say that sufficient measures were taken to prevent the spread - Only 6 out of 20 Rooms were filled, Food and Beverages were preferably not delivered in the rooms, Luggages were cleaned on arrival during check-in, etc.

Because of its small size, the hotel is able to offer very personalized service to each of their residents, and one does not feel ignored like in those big name hotel chains. The staff was extremely polite and helpful, and the room service was fairly quick as well. We tried different sorts of foods during our meals over here, and we were always impressed by their preparations.

The Rooms were extremely clean, had all the required amenities and were, in short, gorgeous. The pictures on their website are very genuine and one will get what one sees. Highly recommend this hotel if you are ever in Jodhpur!

We cannot recommend this property enough. We booked it for one week and ended up staying 4 weeks when plans changed due to COVID-19. The staff and property made our ‘stuck away from home’ a home away from home. We will be forever grateful for our stay at Ratan Vilas.

Bed is very comfortable. Safe, quite and everything we needed on site. We ate almost all our meals at the on site restaurant - they were very accommodating since I cannot eat spicy food. We traveled with our one year old and plenty of room in guest room for her to move as well as safe property. Property is very clean.

We were travelling with friends for a vacation to Rajasthan. Stayed at Hotel Ratan Vilas, Jodhpur twice within the span of a week.
Beautifully maintained heritage building.
The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated with antique furniture. Every room has a different decor.
The gardens are well maintained.
The pool is lovely.
The staff is very courteous and helpful. They made us feel as if we were staying in our own home.

Overall a lovely stay.
