after trying out so many places to eat and relax i was looking out for something different and something special .i happened to cross this late at night and decided to just try it out because everything at this city was pretty predictable .
early afternoon is the best time to really get good service and the choice to sit anywhere at any restaurant .we found the entrance littered with debris but continued to enter this seemingly cluttered entrance to a beautiful pebbled path to a perfect subdued atmosphere ,the beautifully laid out tables was a treat and the rose at the centre added to it all. the water was prompt in coming and so was the menu card with amazing fore ....thai..chinese ...continental ...indian etc
after amixed order the fare was laid out with fanfare of two stewards guiding it to the table with aplomb
thai chilli chiken was great in taste and quantity
reshmi kebabs had a swirl of caramalised sugar nest and the pieces were BIG
the paneer tikka was browned perfectly with green chutney of coriander and mint ..tasted great
the chiken hong kong salad was absolutely super but where i fell in love with ths place was the waldorf salad ....almonds are my fav and there was no dearth of it in the salad
it was an amazing place and we all plan to go back soon
the chef needs to be complimented on his presentation and the stewards for their attention
dbc ---death by chocolate is something that we plan to try out next time
clean perfumed washrooms are to be appereciated
it was an oasis for us all to find something so good when i had nearly given up ,IT IS A GEM OF A PLACE -WORTHY OF BEING COMPARED TO THE DE BEERS FIND
