We stayed in Ranbanka Palace hotel a few days before and so visiting Pachranga restaurant was sure on the cards. Their breakfast buffet is elaborate and has a perfect mix of North Indian, South Indian & American dishes. Thankfully we had breakfast included with room booking. Lunch and dinner menu is equally elaborate. Sometimes they have dinner buffets as well. Some of the must-try dishes from their menu are Non-Veg & Veg Kebab Platter, Rajasthani Thali, and their both white and red kinds of pasta are superb. The ambience is divided into indoor and outdoor seating areas. The outdoor area is best at dinner time with live music sessions by artists and the tables are candlelit. In winters too, one can opt to sit outside as they have mini-bonfires near each table. Even during lunch hours, the outdoor area is good to have a peaceful lunch with fountain in the surrounding. Service is prompt and staff is courteous. Do try their Laal Maas and Non-veg Platter.

Ambience and friendly staff makes it 5 star place. Candle light dinner with music is realy romantic. Buffet spread is reasonably elaborate. Food is a little bland but would cater to all with a mix of indian, chinese and a thai curry. To be true 5 star, small things are to be taken care of.. small spoons near dessert counter are to be kept, lids on containers are too stiff and were closing making it inconvenient to serve.
As said, the ambience and the staff are the assets of this place that makes it a must visit. The efforts went into preparing the place for dinner is very commendable.

Having stayed in the Ranbanka palace, i did not miss a single evening to have dinner at this beautifully laid out and litup restaurant. The rajasthani musicians add a wonderful touch of local entertainment. The staff is very good and hospitable and the menu is multi cuisine - however i would strongly recommend their local dishes - daal baati churma, laal maas , gatte ki subzi and the delicious junglee ranbanka chicken, which we thoroughly relished. Under the open sky, a wonderful way to have a drink and enjoy a good meal with pleasing staff , ever ready to serve you.
