Good day,
I would like to bring into your kind attention that the sort of service provided in Moustache Jodhpur was extremely poor.
I will enlist each and every point in brief.
- On arrival there was no one at the reception, a list of numbers were posted out of which 2 did not answer when called upon. Finally when the third number was answered ( A guy named Tej), he started putting up questions, when did you book the room? What's your name ?...
To which I replied firmly, " Brother please come to the reception and thereafter we will have a conversation."
On hearing this reply the guy got agitated and misbehaved, which was conveniently ignored by me and my colleague.
- The very next day, my dormitory bed was mistakenly alloted to a lady. I found this when I returned back to the Dorm after the city visit.
To avoid the confusion, I went to the reception where as usual no one was present, again I called and mentioned this confusion. Now a menial staff came and straight away shouted, "phele btana tha ki yeh tumhara bed hai"...
Now please give it a thought that how can I convey that the alloted bed is mine when I am out for sightseeing... And is this the correct way to talk...?
These were two small incidents and many other shortcomings were there...but my simple query is, Is this the way how such a wide chain of hostels deal with a customer?
Does each one of the hostels owned by you are left unattended at the reception, even during the checkout when asked to get a sign the checkout register, the guy sleeping said, " DND"
I even called +91 95210 51048 for the complain and provided the empty reception photo on whatsapp.
I could not tolerate the misbehavior and felt stranded in an unknown place...
Does Moustache have this motto- To harras the guests...
Please take a note of this.
Our stay was between 03.02.2021 to 05.02.2021
