Hotel Killa Bhawan is a magical place set into the walls of the fort. Incredible views with lots of balconies, lovely rooms, the staff is extraordinary. They guided us throughout our visit on where to visit, where to eat. We felt like family. It’s incredible.

i stayed at this hotel 6-9 March and i can highly recommend it. The decor was amazing the room was decorated in a very authentic way and breakfast on the terrace was special. The staff were very kind as there was a mix up at the arrival at the airport caused by poor internet at a previous hotel in Udiapur but all was sorted out and it was safe and really delightful. The staff took very good care of me and i would really recommend this hotel if u are wanting to stay in the fort and u are travelling alone. It is extremely special and i thoroughly enjoyed my stay

If you want to have the authentic Jaisalmer experience, then this is where you want to stay. It's the most magical little hotel situated inside the fort. Every room is unique and fascinating. Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff make you feel like you're at home and could not be friendlier. I came here after a recommendation from a family member, and I'm happy I did!

Managed so hospitably by a family of 5 cohesive cousins who anticipate your every need.
They all made excellent suggestions of adventures to have in Jaisalmer.

Wow, what a place and what an incredible experience it was to actually stay in a real-life fort!! The whole hotel is beautifully renovated and decorated in traditional style. Our room had a wonderful window seat at least a metre wide on which you could sit and watch the world going by in the town below. In fact there were loads of lovely places to sit and relax, the rooftops are stunning and a wonderful place to have the great breakfast. All the staff were really kind ... nothing was too much trouble ... we felt really cared for, thank you

We spent 2 nights here during the Holi festival. The location is absolutely stunning, nestling in the walls of the historic fort. The rooms are full of character, and there are a number of terraces and courtyards to sit in and enjoy the ambiance. It is a simple hotel but the WiFi is excellent, breakfasts very tasty ( one has to eat other meals out), and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. It isn’t for you if you want a modern block but it delivers the genuine Jaisalmer experience with great charm.
