Heritage resort is nice traditional Rajasthani place right on the Jaipur Highway. I visited during winters so it was cold and awesome since i come from Mumbai which usually doesnt have very cold winters. Rooms are spacious and clean and they have a very good room service.Food is awesome Kersangri is a local dish which is a must try. apart from that the different types of rotis and parathas are a must try.

The place is abt 10-15mins drive from the bikaner market. Theres not much to do in the resort apart from swimming.

Room Tip: Cottage rooms are the best

good resort comfortable rooms well made toilets.
only problem is when weather is not so cool. all rooms are single cottages wiyh roof exposed to rajasthan sun, hence air conditioners are not effectivein summer
oh yes! they could do away with the stray lizard who shares your room free

Room Tip: take rooms in the second lane from swimming pool

This is nice sprawling hotel just as you enter Bikaner on the Jaipur- Bikaner Highway. It has a large and spacoius lobby area with comfortable seating arrangements. The ground is huge with ample parking area as well as a well maintained garden. It also had a beautiful pool. The hotel has a couple of conference rooms which are well euipped for meetings and large gatherings.
The best part of the hotels are the rooms. Some of the rooms have cottage type apartments with a fairly large room, a changing area, and a large bathroom. The beds are comfortable and beautifully decorated rajasthani style with a nice Diwan in the room. Only as we were there in peak winter season, the additional heater provided in the room was not enough to keep the cold out. Only one extra blanket was provided which again was not sufficient in the cold.
The restaurant was again fairly large . In the evenings there was entertainment provided in the form of local rajasthani singers and a young dancer. The food was the only dampner in this great hotel. Not Much local rajasthani variety was served. The food was strictly okay. Only breakfast and the custard dessert served were noteworthy.
The service was good, the ambience great and especially by the poolside at night with the bornfire. On the whole a nice place to stay.

I was here for 2 nights, an I cannot say one thing which makes me feel that this hotel was great or good. Very un-cooperative staff at check in we literally had to wait 20 minutes to even get some help with our luggage by the bell desk, there was utter chaos between the staff who could not figure out which room they could offer us.

The rooms are pretty neat but they do have some deficiency that irritates, the bed linen is not so nice here, I had to request a change and even visit their housekeeping to select from say 50-60 alternates only to find that none of those were better.

The place is spread around a large area and therefor they need staff to cope up, the room service is very slow and maybe the hotel is short of staff even while its peak season for them. I don't think they can ever improve the performance or ability.

The nicest thing is the swimming pool here and maybe the location which is on the highway that connects Bikaner to Jaipur. You are only 7 kms. and maybe around 10 minutes from the city centre yet totally out of the city.

The food is as disgusting as the service, the hotel does not have any ethos or standards even for its own self and therefore they might never understand what a hotel needs to offer. We had dinner at the restaurant and the food wasn't even fresh, we summoned the Restaurant Manager who argued so much before he tasted the food and was speechless after that. The replacement dish was quite pathetic as well. It takes them ages to serve you what you order

The attitude is that if they can offer a nice clean room which can pass by as a 6/10 or 6.5/10 then the job is over. There isn't any more that the consider a hotel needs to offer than a clean room to sleep !

Untrained staff, although they are generally nice people as human beings but not worthy of being in hotel service. The landscapes here are nice, it is set amidst sprawling acres and built in a cluster of villas

This place really offers a great potential which is being let down by the management here
