The room was big and really clean! We had a great hospitality by the owner. Good food also. Thank you for the stay and the lift to the train station at night. Peaceful place in Bikaner. Ask the owner about the history of the family at the palace

Our room was not clean at all, and the light of the toilet didn't even work. The air conditioner could only be in 16° which is very cold. So... it wasn't good at all the conditions of the room being sincere.

However the owner was friendly and was hospitality. In the breakfast time we could eat as much as we could.

Very interesting historical hotel run by a friendly and accommodating owner. Its an old property with good value for money.

Recommended if you want to get a taste of Bikaner from the during the British Raj with some modern amenities like running hot water etc.

We had an excellent stay with Mahendra at Hotel Kishan Palace. This Haveli was the home of his grandfather who commanded the last camel corps of the Indian Army during World War One. Although only there for one night we became firm friends. Mahendra was so hospitable, helpful and genuinely caring which made our stay a real pleasure. His hotel (and home) was filled with fascinating artefacts, mostly relating to his grandfather's exploits. Mahendra was quick to assure us that everything was "spick and span" and it surely was. The showers worked well, the beds were clean and comfortable and the breakfast plentiful. Mahendra went way beyond what one would expect from a hotelier (he even got up at the crack of dawn to take us to the station) and really made our stay in Bikaner one to remember. Excellent value and a stay which will linger in our memories for a long time.
