It is a decent hotel with a warm ambience.

Tottlay horrible experience specially staff behavior was pathetic specially Front office and House keeping I don't know his name who was on Front desk After checkd in and enter to the room room was good but when we are going out around evening that FO staff Asking for checked out I don't know that they are aware of the guest or not because I was very upset about the behavior of the FO staff.
House Keeping
In the floor there was a HK staff working I request for a extra pillow but he replied 'Nahi Hai Deakhta Hoon' later on asking for water bottles they provided another one which was in our package.
I would like to request LA Franklin management team to improve behavior of the staff..
