Great stay choice for Pune. We have stayed here before and it's a preferred location. You have a mall with theatre, fast food places, and restaurants nearby. The breakfast is good too although with a limited spread. For egg lovers, there is an eggs-to-order station. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We stayed in the executive suite which is like a 1-BH with a balcony. You get an induction stove and pan in case you need to cook. The check in experience this time was great thanks to Mr. Sagar. We ordered in-room dining and the food was good. Overall happy with the stayMore

Very professional and courteous staff

The bed was very soft and was not good for my back pain. Hotel management earnestly addressed my issue and proactively replaced the mattress with a firmer one.
All the staffs including the GM of the establishment were very professional and courteous. From the point of checking in I found the hotel staff very forthcoming in serving the customers, namely Ospita (front desk), Santu & Shubha (housekeeping), Mr Ghosh (chef), Kalyan & Sanjay (F&B).

Excellent stay

I stayed for few days, rooms size is big can accommodate family of 4 easily with extra bed. All rooms have balcony.
In evening entrance of hotel is very beautiful with Greenery of garden and lighting.
View from room or from restaurant extended sitting area is good.
Food is good.
Most Important staff is very courteous and professional. Kanta, Disha and all the staffs has smile every time.

One of the best hotels in Pune

I stayed at Royal Orchid Golden Suites as a part of my accommodation managed by my employer. It was a lovely 15 day experience. The ambience is quite soothing. Rooms are quite clean with beautiful setting. The food was exquisite with numerous tantalizingly delicious dishes served over a period of 2 weeks. The staff was very warm and welcoming especially from the restaurant and Ms Harshada from the reception. Had a very pleasant stay.

Lovely hotel with smiley faces. Room and food was good...rooms are spacious and have a small kitchen with fridge and microwave etc..Sagar from reception very helpful person.food also good. Good services with good and friendly staff.
