Stayed here for only a night on my maiden visit to the city. Took a little bit to find the place as there’s not much of signage outside of the building & it’s tucked away in what’s basically a residential neighbourhood. It’s basically a row-house which has been converted into a guest house. So, there’s a common drawing & dining area on the ground floor, along with a kitchen. There are a couple of huge sofas to lounge around on & a huge flat screen TV as well in this common area.
The rooms are situated on the first floor and since there were no other bookings at the moment, I was allowed to choose my room. Rooms are decent-sized and come with a Queen sized bed. Room was fairly clean. The loo was fairly large, but noticed the absence of complimentary toiletries & hand towels.
There are a quite a few restaurants all within a 10 minutes walk from the guest-house, as only Breakfast is served on request and is not entertained beyond a certain time as I learnt the hard way.
All in all an ok option, considering the price paid. The airport is pretty close-by as well. A little finer attention to detail and some trimming up here and there could drastically improve their product.
