The worst Management by Mantra resort ever.
Arround 25 of us including senior citizens and kids had to suffer on festival day.
Mantra resort has spoiled our family gathering By their worst management.
We had to stuggle more than 4 hrs. for our pre booked rooms.
The entire Management and staff was non cooperative and arrogant.
No one neither accepted their fault nor apologized officially.
No compensation were offered for the day spoiled.
It is completely failed management.

We went with a family group to Mantra resort on 5th to 7th November. The resort is in very bad shape , rooms are not maintained at all. Room and surrounding are not well lit, electrical equipment are not in working condition. There is no room service at all and even for tea you have to drive and go to restaurants.
Food is Okay. Activities like DJ , Karaoke are there but gaming zone is in dilapidated state. Carron board , table Tennis etc.not in good shape.
You need to climb up to get to room , so If older people are with you , be really cautious. Consider only If you are group of young people.

We visited on 19/9/21 after seeing beautiful pictures on some social sites. But everything was falsely implicated as nothing is there as mentioned. All roads approaching to property are in worst conditions, even Mantra people doesn't care to put single board on their ways as they have no invited you,you don't have any thing to do on ur lesuire time that's why you have to punish yourself. All amenities mentioned are closed since many years so they are sinking.even rooms, cottages are in bad conditions as they are not managed since many years. Food as mentioned was not upto mark . If u don't have ur private vehicles do dare to go,as they don't care as veg and non veg food served seperately and you have to walk long enough to reach there. Overall experience was worse as people who managing this property wasted our precious time and money,we never go there henceforth and never recommend anyone else.
