The restaurant is very authentic Italian by its taste. Well catered menu, On request the Chef will prepare according to your requirement. Good seating and pleasant ambiance. The restaurant is beautifully decorated.

This one of the few hotels in Pune with high focus on customer satisfaction. From the check-in to check-out including dining, bar, beverage service, conferences, one can experience a very supportive and friendly behaviour of the hotel staff.
The hotel is approximately 30 min drive during the peak hours and is surround by eating joints of Koregaon Park. The breakfast and lunch buffet spread is lovely.
The rooms are specious and most of the rooms have separate shower and toilet space in addition to a bathtub.
Overall a decent option for business as well as tourists.

As a frequent business traveller, I'm used to staying at hotels. Staying at this one was a welcome refresher. The property feels fresh and the staff is extremely welcoming and friendly.
It's rare to see a hotel with multiple restaurants and the Westin has a cuisines ranging from Indian to Oriental and Continental.
If you're looking to spend time around Koregoan Park (KP) or Kalyani Nagar, this is the place you should crash at!
Room tip: Terrace suites with a westward view overlook the city and the sunset. Perfect for dinner outside during a pleasantly breezy evening.

This is my third business trip to Pune and third stay at this hotel. Each time I had a wonderful experience and this time it was no exception. The friendliness of the staff to the cleanliness of the hotel and the comfort of the room, it was a wonderful experience again. The staff at the executive lounge were always willing to assist in anyways or make something for you that was not in the menu and always greeting you with a friendly smile. I will definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

One Wow experience, cultivated at the hotel. Just from entering the hotel to checking in to dining in the restaurants, spa massages and just everything..
The staff was very courteous, and the employees were very considerate.. I wanted a mushroom biryani and told this to Ms. Kanika. She immediately called and the chefs catered to the best of it. The pan icecream as a special gesture was really appreciated.. westin is living upto its name..
Highly recommended....!!

I stay at this hotel and one of the big reasons is the food which is served here both in the Indian as well as the Italian restaurant.
When visiting their India restaurant Kangan try their Kakori kebabs, Dum biryani, Bhindi, and definitely their Shahi Tukda for the dessert.
The food and the hospitality of the restaurant staff is superb and makes you go their again and again.
