In a very nIce place and central to Pune. The staff are friendly and the restaurant is great, however sometimes the power sometimes cut out and the wifi was a bit tricky to sort out.

The hotel is located at one of the best and most happening locations in Pune. The hotel seems very futuristic.. Theres something about the decor thats very appealing. The mood lighting in the lift, the frangrance in the lobby, or the rooms itself, all a very nice touch.

I particularly like the room, although most may not be very thrilled with the lack of door / lock for the bath area. However, its very nice and cozy.

There's a roof top restaurant, and although its a bit pricey and theres limited variety, the food is good and the view is amazing..

The complimentary brekfast served at the lobby restaurant is also very good. Nice variety and excellent service.

The check in - check out process was very nice. The guys at the reception are pretty efficient and at the same time courteous.

All in all, a very nice and cozy place to stay. Probably may be a bit pricey, if not for the corporate rates that I paid for... But I guess it is totally worth it..!!

Room Tip: The theme in the room's design is a bit different and that adds to the charm. Rather than the ru...

I decided to stay at the O Hotel in Pune after having an excellent experience at their resort in Goa. While I am in no way disappointed, I will certainly say that the O Hotel has plenty of scope for improvement. The two best points about this hotel are its location and the room decor/ design. The hotel is located in Koregaon Park, a few minutes' walk from the Osho Ashram and a stone's throw away from the best restaurants in Pune, and a maximum of a half hour drive from the airport and the railway station.

The rooms are reasonably spacious, have classy wooden flooring and are tastefully decorated. The full-size bathtub is not a feature you'd find in a lot of top-line Indian hotels, so it's a big plus point. However, the rooms are poorly lit - if you're planning to read a book before falling asleep, forget it. The staff are friendly but generally confused, and if you're not familiar with Hindi, it might be a challenge to communicate with some of the staff. The entry to the hotel and the lobby are remarkably cramped (I think I noticed only two or three seats in the lobby area, most people were asked to wait in the coffee shop next to the lobby).

Overall, it was a very good experience because we weren't looking for ultra-luxury for the price we paid for the rooms. However, this hotel is 4-star at best and 3-star at worst, certainly not 5-star as claimed.

A stylish and modern hotel with a nice design. There is no wifi in the room but they do have expensive wired internet available on your desk. Wifi available in the lobby but for a charge. The price for internet is the same as you would pay in the Taj Mahal Palace in Mumbai but ofcourse you cannot compare hotels or Pune to Mumbai. The internet cost is the main drawback to an otherwise classy hotel.

I was upgraded to a suite and will say it was large but far too dark, definitely not enough lighting for the nights.

Roof top pool is also badly lit, be careful not to fall into the water in the dark.

Room Tip: ask for a high floor to avoid the noise.

Stayed in Pune and this time decided to try out The O Hotel. Location is fantastic, rooms are nice and bit different design with a giant size tub in an open bathroom. Full size glasses instead of wall overlooking the side road. Book through Hotels.com for the best rates, if you call or book directly with hotel, you may not get the best rate. Staff could have been more friendly. Would have liked a late evening checkout then i could have tried other hotel services like gym, spa etc but was kicked out of the room at 1 pm.

I wonder why business hotels dont provide free internet and that too in a city like Pune where Infosys has its largest employee pool. i guess penniwise pound foolish.

Prefer St Laurn to The O.

Room Tip: book on hotels.com and fantastic location
