“Historical city”

If you want to enjoy a part of history, this city offers Biwi ka Makbara, panchakki and Ajanta Ellora Caves. The Caves are seen to be believed and such beautiful carvings in those old times are breathtaking. Do not forget your cameras and shopping bags. They have some excellent hand made fabrics to be bought.
The city offers variet of food and Hotels. I stayed at Welcom Hotel by ITC and the hotel is a nice property.

“My favourite place in Maharashtra”
Reviewed 28 July 2010

I was there for almost 15 days, I had the best experience about the tourism in maharashtra. There are so many beautiful places here like mini Taj - Bibi ka makbara, Elora caves, Daultabad fort, Paitham Dam etc. I had full enjoyment with my frnz. One majore attarction is the industrial development of Aurangabad. There are some major manufacutrer of renowned two wheeler industry like Bajaj. In addition to that chzek automiobile giant - Skoda Auto India is also present here. Almost full hang out with frnds.
Awesome & memorable experience.

Visited the city many times.
Everytime we go see the lovely historical sites.
Each time we get to hear more.
The history of yesteryears seems to be written on the walls.
A proper sighseeing experiance takes 3 days.
Ajanta/Ellora is beyond any explanation.
Overall a good place to visit for historians and lovers of the past.
