My dad stayed here in last week of july for one night. The hotel proved to be exactly opposite of what is shown in pictures and ratings.
On checkin, was shown to my room. I was shocked to see that the bed had long female hair and white spots on the bedsheet ! Looked like tell tell signs that it was recently used by a couple... It was horrible..
On complaining about this, the staff simply took me to other room..the hotel seemed to be empty anyways. This time, it was the bathroom...it was left in the exact same condition the last ocuupant left it... complete with empty soap wrappers lying around. Again complained to manager and was again taken to another room...
Surprise surprise, this looked clean enough.. but when the blanket was removed slightly, the bed had dirt on it.. like someone in soiled feet had just sat in it ...
It was repulsive... Left with no choice after a long journey, my father had to make do with this. He had to get the bedsheets replaced in front of him as no more rooms were clearly going to help.
In all this the staff attitude was extremely cold, unapologetic and they were giving lame excuses... including the manager.
It looks like the once good business for this hotel has dried up, and with that any attempt at keeping basic hygiene and service.
Please avoid !

The hotel is really clean, with nice and big rooms (AC & Fan). The Manager and staff are very helpful and nice. Is in the center of town, so it is walking distance to Bibi Ka Maqbara. The Internet is free of charge and it's working properly.
The only strange is the restaurant. It look's like a little neglected.

Stayed in this hotel on 5th April in nao called Royal Suite booked through booking.com. was charged 3700/-. The rooms did not have any team coffee maker. Batteries in AC and TV remote we're not working. Shower wat was not coming as all the pores were blocked had to clean myself. Mineral water bottle had to be asked to provide by dialling the room service. Breakfast was in terrace open air. Unclean plates and glasses. Glasses were cracked and just escaped from a bleeding lips. No one was attending or asked for some other requirements. Booked a car for Jalna next day did not get a bill for a payment done for 1600/-.
Will not recommend anyone to stay

We had booked the room 1 month before in order to avoid any last minute chaos as we were travelling with our parents and a kid.
1. We were made to wait for 45 minutes as the hotel booking service had some issue and they had no updates
2. we had booked for 2 rooms and they were given in different floors
3. the rooms were extremely small and clumsy. not even nearing the photos shown
4. we had to fight to get the hot water running in the room
5. lift was broken the next day

overall the management is bad, hotel rooms are not worth the money

location is somewhere too interior and very difficult to find. Car has to be parked by road side

Avoid if you want a peaceful stay

Room Tip: Try to avoid the hotel

The hotel is clean, and the staff are very helpful. I arrived in the morning, and was allowed to check in early.
I used the hotel driver for 2 days, to take me to ajanta and ellora caves, and some other sites. The rate seemed reasonable compared with quotes from other taxi companies. He was a good driver. Be aware that I had to pay for car parks. Also I had to pay extra for him to drop me at the airport at the end of the day, which was a surprise. I would advise others to clarify these extra costs in advance. The taxi service only accepts cash.
The restaurant food was good, but I thought the plates could have been cleaner.
The city markets are about 5 minutes walk away. This was an interesting place to walk around in the evening, and I got some great souvenirs which were inexpensive.
Overall I recommend this hotel.
