Everything in this hotel is an additional cost. With the exception of the restaurant staff, service was basic and there was a cost or tip request for many things that should have been complimentary. No hairdryer, limited range of toiletries, small flat hard pillow (asked 3 times to have it replaced), no complimentary water after first day, no tea bags, no papers. Bathroom mouldy and toilet seat scratched and stained. No windows in our room could be opened, allegedly because of security. Pool OK . Restaurant expensive in comparison to other hotels that we stayed in.

Room Tip: Pool side defininitely the best option.

We spent two nights at this hotel on the road from the airport to the town. The room was most attractive (and very big) with a lovely bathroom with complementary toiletries. The hotel is set well back from the road, and we were on the garden side, so a good quality of sleep was guaranteed. The entrance hall of the hotel is large and attractive and there is a nice shop, the garden is well-tended and has some pleasant places to sit out of the direct sun. We enjoyed the swimming pool, especially as the air temperature was creeping up to 40 degrees. The dining room is quite small and dark; the breakfast was not very exciting, but OK, especially the fresh fruit. The prices seemed to us to be rather too high, so we did not eat any meals here apart from breakfast.

Room Tip: We would recommend a room on the first floor facing the swimming pool in the corridor to the left wh...

This is a Usha Group hotel and their service is very good. Just on the main road and very near to the western temples.

Staff attitude is very good and very helpful.

I stayed there for 2 nights and the room conditions are really good.
Nice Swimming pool, Good Resturant and very polite staff.

I checked out early morning 3 AM and my Break Fast was already packed neatly and waiting for me in the lobby. Very good Hotel indeed and worth the money paid for.....

Nice lobby, cool with lots of seating and daily papers. There is an outside pool and shop in hotel. Clean, spacious room but small bathroom which needed updating. There is no fridge in room and no complimentary water/tea/coffee. No hairdryer and air-conditioning wasn't working. There is a ceiling fan. One restaurant for meals. Breakfast buffet basic, other meals okay. Nice bar upstairs, overlooking lobby - very good barman.

This hotel is nice from the outside, but rooms are dated. Bathroom needs to be redone, toilet cover kept falling off, water from sink just spilled on counter, not on sink. Nice pool and gardens. Air conditioning not working. No hair dryer. WIFI available at a cost. 1 large bottle of complimentary water. Wonder if this hotel is trying to cut costs?
