The resort is near to Odayam Masjid near Varkala. The room was clean and bathroom need a little renowation. The highlight of the cottage is it has a vide veranda with table apt for a small party with friends. Food was good and the staff were helpful. The rent is bit higher side.

This man has kept his whole guest house just for us (0ne couple), he has shopped for us given us a big discount on the room and included free breakfast. Excellent place well worth booking when everything is back to normal.

We stayed for 3 nights at magnolia guesthouse.Must say it was a very relaxing stay here.We stayed with our kid of 8 months and the staff was super helpful.
The location of this place is also very great and you can just sit out on back patio and enjoy the sea views.The rooms are spacious, well maintained and clean.
They also have an restaurant which servers good food.All in all we loved our stay here. Special thanks to the team for taking care of our baby needs.Would love to come back again.

We just stayed for 3 nights at Magnolia Guest House, from the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed by Sha and George! The rooms are spacious, bright and cheery and spotless with lovely bathrooms. It also has a great little pool which is wonderful after a day out or at the beach. The restaurant served wonderful breakfasts, all freshly cooked to order and served by lovely staff! The guest house is about 5/10mins in a tuk tuk ( there’s always one around) to Varkala Cliff which is full of great shopping and restaurants and only a minutes walk to the beach. We had a fantastic time and can’t wait to come back! Thank you so much!!!

15 mins down from Varkala Cliff, the Magnolia is relaxed and chilled - away from traveller central up the hill. Excellent spacious rooms, fab pool, good breakfasts and really friendly staff. Seconds from the beaches and restaurants. Thanks Ameersha and co. for super stay.

This property is marvellous for several reasons :
* very close to a nice beach. Contrary to the cliff, you don't have to walk a lot of stairs. Quiet and relaxing beach
* very nice pool, clean and sunny
* staff super friendly. I intended to cook for my kids. they provided me everything to do so and helped me.
* good restaurant : I cooked twice, but the restaurant was so good I ended up ordering food at restaurant. Fresh fish cooked with butter lemon garlic. Delicious ! Breakfast also very good.
* Accomodation was beautiful, lot of space, nice terrasse, perfectly clean, beautiful surroundings, garden with hamocs. 2 bedrooms were cleaned every day.
* Staff helpful with rickshaw or cab booking, at a good price.
* minimarket and nice shop with beautiful clothes and jewellry next to the hotel
* I have been in more than 30 hostels in India and magnolia is the best quality / value proposal I have found.
