Sanctum Spring Beach Resort
For budget travel with a touch of class, this is the ideal place to stay. Clean rooms with spacious balconies and ocean views make this a relaxed base in Varkala. The manager Jomy and his staff are like a family, they are chatty, friendly and accommodating, which makes you very welcome. I would definitely return to Varkala and stay here again.

Spacious ; neat and clean rooms.
Swimming pool is of lesser depth but can manage.
Location is just at perfect location at helipad with clear view of the sea.
Try to negotiate for corner room for a good view.
This is my 1st time visit @ Varkala Beach & Cliff. The resort Sanctum spring is a paradise for happiness.
Its close to beach also they provide wide range facilities like local sight seeing. The staff are very good in approching and hospitality.
I personly recomend this place for my friends and relatives. Love from tamil nadu
This was our 1st stay at Sanctum Spring. And we still intend to regularly return to this particular place. Hotel is superbly located near the cliff. It looks great and beautifully designed from outside. Good and clean rooms. A special feature: spacious balconies overlooking the ocean. Great lawn in front is good for yoga etc. Dining room is a very pleasant place to sit and a fine escape from beach shacks. Food is excellent. Go for buffet lunch/dinners
