Do not ever stay here

The over all surroundings are very good and rooms are complety run down. The amenities in room are very basic and limited. Breakfast is below average in taste. The curtains are dirty, chair foams are sagging. Patch work is evident in rooms. Even room servuce is worst.

Room tip: Avoid this hotel

Perfect Getaway!

Stay at Poetree was a good experience! When you come here do visit the deck of the resort it has a 360 degree mountain view which is amazing! Ambience is great! Staff here especially Fatima at the restaurant was a great help and gave us great service! Thankyou Poetree we had a great time!

Stay with family

Nice place to stay. Buffet breakfast is great, but otherwise food is average. For lunch and dinner explore the restaurants of Kumily. The staff are friendly - especially the housekeeping staff. The swimming pool is rather small.

Amazing experience and pleasent stay

The stay was amazing. We were only here for a day but enjoyed it so much. They also have ayurvedic massage services in house which we couldn't explore due to lack of time.

The rooms were awesome, they are not those lavish types but they are decent which are elevated by the view outside the balcony.

The service was nice and quick. We ordered for food at the room and other requests which were serviced nicely.

The location is beautiful and serene, the view outside the rooms and hotel is heavenly. Definitely would recommend staying here.

Room tip: Its on a hill so come with a vehicle, and careful while climbing since its a single road. Also avoid coming during night times because of same reason.

Excellent stay, perfect

Superb 3 night stay. Beautiful grounds, take time to enjoy the peace and nature. Rooms very comfortable with incredible view from balcony. Brilliant breakfast buffet. Lots of activities to do in the thekkady area.

Brilliant service from the whole team, special mention to Abin for his care .
