I had paid the full amount for the stay online, at Cleartrip portal. When I was checking out the manager claimed that they had not got the money and told me to pay all over again despite showing the voucher and message I received on my mobile. I wonder how they had booked my name without the payment. They mentioned nothing about the payment at the time of check-in also but created a fuss when I was leaving.
However despite that unpleasant issue the hotel was fine as far as accommodation and location was concerned.
