Second visit to Fort Kochi property and it is my second home now. The finest hospitality, outstanding food and service, fabulous pool & spa, best harbour view from rooftop is what you can expect and what you will get. If not for charm of fort kochi, Fragrant Nature itself will bring me back here soon. The entire team went out of the way to make us comfy catering to our whims and fancies so it was being pampered throughout. Gibson is a star, an asset and his team is exemplary too. He is the most attentive host and has such a caring & attentive attitude. If you ask him anything and you forget to follow up, be rest assured he has taken care of it. Chef Honey (Hani) is a gem and gifted in culinary skills. He has magic in his hands and always gets any recipe or dish perfect. Not just us but I saw every other guests becoming a fan of his food. He and his team prepared gourmet spread at New Year’s Eve which was to die for. Last but not the least, Manager Hari who ensures to see guests are looked after and was very attentive to our needs & personally saw us off. And if you happen to visit during Xmas/New Years Eve you can catch manager Hari singing melodious songs too. Overall, there is nothing that the entire staff leaves unturned to make your stay the best one. Even if you decide not to step out, you can easily spend the day inside the hotel itself. The best 5 star stay experience I have ever had. Will be back soon. Highly recommended!!

We stayed at Fragrant nature cochin on 29th December for a night.
We were a family of 4 and stayed in interconnecting rooms on the fourth floor.
The operations manager Hari Krishnan was Absolutely wonderful . He was not only very welcoming but helped to change our reservation around quickly so we could have interconnecting rooms and also helped to arrange accommodation for our driver which was so very helpful.
About the hotel - it’s as charming as you see in the pictures. A true impression of what you would expect of Fort Cochin. Small , quaint , cosy and absolutely beautiful with bright yellow walls, very high open to sky light ceiling in central atrium with rooms all around… openness , comfort and luxury.
We have stayed in all the 5 star properties in Cochin , having lived here for many years and happen to be hoteliers ourselves ( Aveda Kumarakom ) so when we rate this property and say it’s one of the best places to stay in Fort Cochin - it really is.
Rooms are big, comfortable and luxurious. You can see a lot of attention has gone into details - beautiful tiles used on the floors and bathrooms , lamps and soft furnishings to say a few
