Super atmosphere, front desk service was very helpful and room service also good. Room service for very punctual. Must visit here for better holydays. Free atmosphere for family, friends and for couples too.

Everything about this hotel is nice....say location, food, staff, rooms everything....especially Akhil was outstanding in providing service....You must try it once while visiting kochi....price is also competitive..liked it
It was such a lovely corporation from the staff and management...all rooms were of premium quality... provided all the necessary help when needed... suitable for family ...was easy to locate due to metro connectivity.
A budget Three Star Hotel located at SRM Road near Ernakulam Town (North) Railway Station, Platform number 2. Town Hall Metro Station, Lissie Hospital Jn Bus Stop is at just walkable distance. Many restaurants available near by.
Rooms are well maintained and neatness spotted each and every corner. Rooms are sanitised. Linens, Toiletries, TV and other amenities good.
AC works perfectly. Reception area and other public areas maintained neatly. Staffs are friendly and supportive. They have sufficient parking space.

We stayed here by chance as a short pitstop due to an unexpected flight delay. If I ever visit Cochin again, I would love to stay at North Center Hotel for a longer duration.
1. The staff accommodated our request for a very late check-in. Not just that, they arranged for food from a nearby restaurant, knowing that we would not get anything else to eat at such an unearthly hour. So full marks for hospitality.
2. The room was the right size for a comfortable stay, equipped with the basic amenities.
3. The balcony overlooks the backside of the hotel, into one of the by-lanes. Pretty relaxing to chill with a cup of tea.
4. The location is perfect, around 30 mins or so from Cochin airport (without traffic). Also it is close to this yummy local restaurant and basic convenience stores, where you can load up for the journey ahead.
All in all, we were happy with our short stay and would recommend this for those who are looking for a non-fancy basic stay.
This place is a really great hostel in the quite side of Kochi in Ernakulam. The beds are very comfortable, clean bathrooms, air con in the dorms, wonderful, accommodating staff and a really nice place on the rooftop for chilling!
