Open air seating, live music, relaxed atmosphere, excellent food, prompt and courteous service! What else could one expect from a restaurant! The hotel has an old world charm around it and is located right next to the famous Chinese fishing nets. I would strongly recommend that even if you are not staying at the hotel, make sure to have dinner there.

This is a wonderful hotel - with spacious rooms and beautiful decor throughout. Its restaurant is truly exceptional, offering delicious food cooked with a high degree of skill and looking out onto the lovely garden. Equally important to our stay were the friendly and attentive staff.

My wife and I recently concluded our trip to Southern India and had the chance to visit Kochi. We had read some reviews about Old Harbour and decided to give it a try. It was the best decision we made. From the airport pickup (Josie is the sweetest guy) to the check-in, (Pablo and Sukesh) gave us a very warm welcome and made us feel like we were visiting their home.
The building exudes old world charm as its 300 years old. Each room is different and furnished just like a home. During our two night stay, it felt like we were staying at someone's own residence and not a hotel. My only regret is that I wish we had stayed here longer.
I take this opportunity to mention Rafeeq, he's a rickshaw (Tuk Tuk) driver. Please ask for him as he will give you a good tour of the city and take you to some interesting places. This place is a must try, you won't be disappointed.

Loved this hotel, it was full of charm in both the surroundings and the welcome. The hotel is a peaceful haven, with an enclosed garden that has a pool. Our room was very comfortable with high ceilings and antique furnishings. The staff were so welcoming and very professional in every way. We felt at home and knew that everybody was doing their best to ensure we had the most wonderful stay.
The food was excellent with a varied menu. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner both days so got to try quite a few dishes, all were superb.
I would return to this area just to stay at this wonderful hotel again. Top marks to all the staff and thanks for some happy memories.

We stayed at the Old Harbor Hotel on Sept 9th and 10th. Warm service. Loved the upgrade to the Princess Suite. Serene and inviting garden. The vegetarian options at breakfast were limited but good. Tons of personality and old world charm.

At the heart of ancient Fort Cochin, Kerala, a place that exudes history and culture, is the 'Old Harbour Hotel.' A 300 year-old building that has for long been a heritage monument of this town, now reopened as a boutique hotel.
