We had a lovely stay here with our little girl. The ground floor rooms are cozy and clean. The reception staff were super courteous, helpful and friendly. Special shout out to the chefs for the excellent spread at Tharavadu restaurant (everyday was a surprise especially the desserts) and the great housekeeping by Prince and his team. We had a great time at the pool and Tulasi spa was excellent too, thanks to Surya. Hope to come back soon :)

Excellent service and very cooperative staff. Food is also great. I personally loved the ambience and the classy decor of the place. Response by staff for any requirement was quick. Had a very nice stay overall. must visit :)

I must express my special thanks and gratitude to your staff for their warm hospitality.
Let me narrate a small incident during my stay:-
Whilst I was driving into the hotel, your security personnel spotted that my car's number plate was hanging on one screw. He promptly helped me secure it with a temporary arrangement without me asking for help. I enquired about availability of a mechanic nearby and went to my room. On my return to the car later, to my surprise I found the number plate securing nut was replaced with a new one and the number plate of my car was properly fastened.
I have not experienced such a forthcoming staff. And surprisingly no one came about to take credit as well. I had conveyed my appreciation to the reception staff as well. Hopefully this feedback and my sense of gratitude reaches your staff. Looking forward to next stay.Thank you.

We spent two nights at the hotel and were very comfortable. Most important, the food was very hygienic and tasty and it was also served in rooms without extra charges. I would recommend this hotel to my contacts without hesitation.

Excellent hotel and room service with polite and kind staff. Perfect stay and housekeeping staff who did our room, Sachin, was extremely sweet and did a wonderful job in keeping the room neat and clean with beauty.
