Fort Manor is perfectly located in the heart of Fort Kochi. Everyone at the hotel has been exceptionally helpful. If you get a chance, arrange to have a homemade Kerala thali on the roof. It’s a great experience.

Arrived 10pm earlier in February after tiring 14 hour coach and rail journey. Very friendly welcome. Room large and comfortable with good air con. Breakfast upstairs on terrace with good views, excellent fresh fruit, omelette made to order and attentive staff. Location is excellent being within walking distance of seafront and old Kochin narrow streets. Stayed a total of 4 nights, with Pinky attending to all my onward arrangements. Thank you Pinky, you are a treasure.

A lovely comfortable hotel in Fort Cochin. Our room was a generous size and well furnished. It was cleaned each day and toiletries etc renewed. Plenty of hot water at all times in the shower too. The location was good, and because it was set back a little from the road it was nice and quiet. All the staff were friendly and helpful and always greeted us with a smile! Thank you Pinky for a wonderful stay!

Booked Fort Manor at the last minute having been let down elsewhere. It was a stroke of luck as it is a great little hotel. Pinky the manager arranged pick up from the airport in the early hours and then check in straight away. The rooms are comfortable and large with good bathrooms, everything works and they are spotlessly clean. Very comfy beds with again spotlessly clean linen. There is a restaurant upstairs providing a good breakfast with fruit, omelettes, toast, local dishes, tea , coffee and juices. Positioned near the the Chinese fishing nets and Tower Road with all the shops and restaurants around. Very handy for the ferry and other local attractions. Pinky runs the place and you could not wish for a better hostess. She is immaculately dressed with a huge smile for everyone. Pinky will sort out anything you need from moneychanging to trips on the waterways, massage etc, she is the font of all knowledge and super efficient. She made the five night stay special and arranged a birthday breakfast for me which was a lovely surprise. All the staff are friendly and helpful and spend most of the day smiling. The hotel is a hidden gem, great price , great staff, great position.

We have been travelling in India for 3 weeks, staying in hotels at prices similar to this, but this is by far and away the best we have stayed in. The rooms are of a good standard and very clean. The breakfast is huge and delicious. The staff have bent over backwards to help us have the best experience here, organising a tuktuk tour of the city, booking katakhali show tickets, and even organising our onward journey which includes a visit to the hill station and a houseboat. We had initially planned to spend a few nights at a luxury hotel before flying home, but have actually booked to return here instead as we like it so much.
