This place is so well located that you can walk to any place of fort Kochin from here. A nice, calm and clean homestay run by wonderful host Thomas. Always smiling and always helpful. This is one stop for everything you want to know and do in Fort Kochi.

This is the best budget Homestay in Cochin.
Mr Thomos(owner) , he is awesome and very helpful. He explained about Cochin very well. Rooms were clean and good. Next time if I go to Cochin I will stay here only. Near by all major sight seeing places.
Extremely recommended.

situated in a perfect place near almost all attractive tourist places.. the host was kind and gentle. We could go for a traditional boat ride that can be arranged by the host. Overall an nice experience for a very less price.

We enjoyed the cooking session there. Nice people with warm hearts. They even ask you for your favorite food to cook for you. Feeling at home, really. They sit down with you as if you were last of the family. I guess the homestay is also very good. The only one

Thomas is simply the kind of host you want to find after a long journey, when in need of rest and peace feeling at home, or when you want to experience the best and off the beaten path of a marvelous as Cochin. Caring, invisible although always present, ask him any kind of info and he will help.
The homestay has a large patio/garden, although hard to take advantage of it in the heat of March, and a huge fanned living room: would have been perfect for a large group. If one thing, the bathroom of our room was on the small side and the dark tiling doesnt help in making it look spot clean, as the place otherwise is.
Thomas provided free drinking water while breakfast is on request at a very reasonable price.
