As a last stay on our 2.5 week India trip, we stayed at this centrally-located hotel in Cochin. Management was very accommodating and friendly. Our room was huge with low of Windows, a pencil post queen bed, and a large glass shower. Better bathroom lighting is needed for makeup application, and the towels are pretty thin. The pool is nice, but needs more lounge chairs. Breakfast was good, not spectacular.

We’ve been around Kerala and this place is by far the best bar atmosphere we’ve been to.
Mark the guest relation manager would do anything to make your stay (even if it’s a brief one) more pleasant and comfortable.
The far the a lot of foreigners are visiting the place makes you feel welcomed more than the local places (weird)
Thanks to all the staff and the lovely ambiance

Killians greatest selling point is its location. It is right beside the waterfront and the riverside park at Fort Kochi, within walking distance of many of its attractions. The ferries are across the street. The rooms were large, but somewhat soulless, and the fittings were a little faded. The building is a 'C' shape around the swimming pool, which it overshadows. We only had breakfast there, choosing to eat out at DalRoti and the Fort House. We were somewhat mystified how the term 'boutique ' could be applied to it. As elsewhere, the staff were excellent.

lack of staff. they don't have the experience to handle groups and guest should wait for at least 1 hour to check in.the price in the restaurant is high and its not worth.you can step out and see lots of good restaurants

Room Tip: everything is fine

We had room 201 probably the best room in the hotel everything worked apart from no hot water for the shower
Room was a little tired and the curtains looked as if they could do with replacement
However it was large and clean
Breakfast wasn’t particularly special bit of fruit cakes not particularly brilliant but omelettes were good e I
The restaurant food was excellent
Bar a little spasmodic
Looking at previous reviews there was a security problem but there is a safe provided and guards at the gate
Also they have a strange happy hour were you can have 3 drinks for the price of two
Not much use if you are a couple but the drinks are inexpensive
One more thing the pool area is fairly bare and there is nowhere to sit outside really other than around the pool
