We spent four nights here on a family trip.I must say the room was quite decent in size and clean. The location of the hotel was not good every sightseeing place was far except one temple. Since we have booked this hotel in high season time, they charge pretty high. The room service was really bad. On the very first day they kept everything whatever accessory as a hotel they provide but the very next day they neither kept shampoo bottles nor bathing soap etc. I called the reception then they provide 2 bottles of shampoo that too half. This happen the next day as well until I called on the third day told the detail of the way the person who clean the room provide things Moreover the bedsheet was clean but torn other day as well they spread the torn bedsheet again until we remove the bedsheet and kept it aside before cleaning of the room. For a moment if I consider if the hotel is fully booked so that they are running short of things but most of the room was vacant rarely two or more room was booked still they provide this kind of service. Internet facilities were not there first three days they told they were facing some issues on last day they provided internet facilities till that day we were using our own because some work to do.
The hotel rooms are on the first floor but on the ground floor, there is Namma restaurant where they provided breakfast it was not buffet unlike other hotels there they provide dosa, idli, and poori every day. If you want a drink you have to pay for that. On a positive note, food was freshly mad but when they give sabzi with poori they will give same as of dosa, It is ok but I never ever saw this kind of breakfast in any hotel they provide. when we order two watermelon drinks one was good other was full of water only little pink you can see so that you can say it is a watermelon drink. It was really shameless way of serving. On the very last day, we were waiting for breakfast more than usual waiting time as if they do not want to give. Since we have paid for breakfast while booking, we were having breakfast there otherwise for me it was better to eat outside. No wonder why very less family was staying despite in peak season it is really shameless the way they behave.
The hotel does not look like a hotel it looks like a hostel. The moment you enter you will see a restaurant cum dining room no one will be there to welcome you until you will go to the first floor there you will find one person for service; it seems no one book this hotel the way we booked like that someone or two falls in a trap. When you want to look outside through the window view of the garbage meat shop.
Even though the shampoo or soap or bedsheet wasn’t great but at least they could have provided good service. First time I felt a complete waste of money staying in this hotel.

Out of 5 scales for cleanliness – 4
Service – 2
Food - 2.5
Location 2.

Room tip: If you like to stay in a busy place then it is OK but if you like nature then highly no no
