The first thing they do when you visit the resort is make you pay the full amount at the gate and then take you to the cottages. The cottages looks good from outside but inside its terrible. Wardrobes, floor mates are very dirty. They dont even provide telephone service in the cottages. They write down couple of numbers on tissue paper and ask you to call them from your phone if any assistance is needed. Also no internet service. Lunch buffet is a mess. They dont provide the quality service for the over priced cottages.

We, a group of 15 spent a day's outing at the resort to celebrate the birthday of my 8 year old niece. As there were children in the group, so we were looking for a place with entertainment, relaxation facilities and good food options.
Driving from Moodbidri to Karkala, the resort is conveniently located on the main road.
The entire facility spans many acres and is very green with huge fruit bearing trees.
There are designated play areas for almost every outdoor sport. The sports equipment are also provided by the resort.
There is a large adult swimming pool and a kid's pool too. Both the pools are well maintained and clean.
The changing room/shower area, separate for men and woman are also hygienic and located close to the pool. There is a life guard too at the pool.
They serve buffet breakfast, lunch and evening snacks for a day picnic. The quality of food is good, with reasonable veg and non-veg varieties to choose from. .
The staff is very courteous, friendly and responsive.
All members in the group(children and adults) had a nice time and were looking forward to visit again.
The approximate charges per person is within INR 600/- per person for the day option, with all meals included.
The room tariff starts from INR 5000 per cottage.

Room Tip: To have things organized, speak to the manager(Ms. Rita) who is a very friendly and efficient person...

Its fun to go there in a group. Like more than 10people atleast.its worth for the price they charge. Food is good. We always had veg there. Variety of food and the games are the fun part. Take your own gifts and prizes. I dont recommend to stay there. Just a day outing will be a good call.
