We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in Dec 2011. Rooms and everything is decent enough for the kind of money you pay. Rooms are just 10 x 10 with no ventilation. You have to turn on AC for fresh air (?).
Food is very average and they really charge a bomb for the dinner buffet. Breakfast is reasonably priced. In room dining is very costly.
It's a best deal if you are just planning to sleep over and roam around Mangalore the whole day.
