My wife and I spent almost a week here and we are unlikely to return. The room was adequate but the a/c was noisy and the availability of hot water in the shower was erratic. Out of five wake-up calls, they got two wrong. (One was 30 minutes early, and one was 30 minutes late.) The electronic key cards failed every day and had to be re-set. Reception promised to send up someone to take a room service order but after waiting for 40 minutes I had to go down and order it at the bar. The buildings and grounds are shabby and worn out. Room Internet is not free.
But worst was the appalling thump-thump-thump clubbing 'music' that they inexplicably played loudly for five hours during Sunday brunch. It was impossible to escape from it. I asked if their customers enjoyed / wanted this noise. The response was a shrug.
That said, the breakfast buffet was good and the inhouse Punjab restaurant also good.
But there are better places to stay in Bangalore.
