“An Average Experience which can improve with effort.”
Reviewed 5 September 2012

The Taramandal show about stars have to be increased in frequency. The temporary tent may be replaced by a solid structure as kids are petrified when they squirm through the entry tunnel. The non working models must be repaired immediately.
The Dinosaur model was liked by the children.

“A tidy museum”
Reviewed 4 September 2012

The museum was instituted as part of the centenary celebrations of the engineer-statesman Sir M. Visvesvaraya.

Visvesvaraya Museum is not a 'museum' in its classical sense, because it has interactive exhibits unlike stationary models of a museum. It is more of a "Science Centre". Each floor of this museum is dedicated to a scientific discipline. There are several shows and activities catering to both the general visitor and students to keep them captivated.

The museum which attracts close to one million visitors a year, is opened on all days (except a few national holidays) from 10 am to 6 pm. A serious visitor should be prepared to spend at least 3 hours in the Museum to have a glimpse of this treasure house of knowledge in the heart of Bangalore.

“go for the maze”
Reviewed 27 August 2012

if you have never visited deutche museum, you will like it. But if you have been to any real, big museums, this will fall a bit short on your expectations.
But i loved the maze, honestly. There were many other perform it yourself experiments too which I missed thanks to a hyperactive toddler. But I am sure when he is a bit older, we will together enjoy this museum more.

“You will feel like a kid !!”
Reviewed 25 August 2012

I have visited this place several times and each time I love it!! although there is rarely any change, but considering this is kinda of "GOVT" managed thing, the place it good. You see a lot of scientific project kept here and you can actually play with them. The only problem here is "space" ... this place deserve a big premise to accommodate all those techy things. Good for kids, even you will feel like a kid.
