Visited this place on a sunday afternoon. It was packed yet the customer service was perfect.
Things i liked most here was
1. Location of the place is good.
2. Hygiene and customer service is perfect

Do visit this lovely restaurant, the service is unmatched!! The staff are truly excellent. Food was absolutely amazing , the food we tasted was melting in our mouth and mocktails wow. Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Thanks to the team Mr. Raman, Faiyaz, Arpitha and the head chef Mr. Tajuddin.

We hosted a wedding ceremony in the hotel and stayed here for 3 days. Overall infrastructure and the amenities are worth what we're paying for . Very polite and experienced staff ,thank you for making our occasion so memorable I particularly have a few honourable mentions who made the stay experience really comfortable .

Hosted my daughter's birthday here a few days ago. We were a small group of about ten. The hotel made such grand arrangement for the event that it will remain in our memories for a very long time. My daughter and her friends enjoyed the evening thoroughly. The food was great, the service was excellent, and the staff made all of us feel comfortable and cared. The best thing about the evening was the ambience that was created, and the very friendly staff. Overall, a wonderful evening, and a great experience! Thank you for doing all that for us!! I have very good opinion about this hotel. But after Covid situation due the cost cutting has led to severe degradation in quality of services. Customer relations executive was hard pressed to bring maximum profit. The staff at reception was overburdened due to less number of executive. They charged twice and still not resolved payment issues. Food quality bad and gym not attended. Room dirty and smelly.
